You are about to have access to information and documents about clients and former clients and their business, which is confidential and some of which may be privileged and will need to be treated as such. You will also have access to confidential information about the businesses of other Norton Rose Fulbright entities, which information you must also keep confidential.
You will use all information and documents to which you have access only for the professional purposes of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP and its respective clients or prospective clients. You will not download or send confidential material, in hard copy or electronically, outside your firm except in connection with its business and in circumstances where the confidentiality of, and privilege in, such material is maintained.
Confidentiality and privilege must be maintained both during and after your employment, membership or other association with Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. By confirming your acceptance of the confidentiality terms, you agree that you will keep such information confidential and that such acceptance is not a waiver of legal professional privilege, cannot have the consequence of waiving legal professional privilege and is not inconsistent with maintenance of the confidentiality which the legal professional privilege is designed to protect.
